Run Birmingham relies on volunteers to encourage, motivate and inspire communities to get moving and stay moving! If you are interested in helping out, then please let us know! We’d love to hear from you.
The project can fund education and training (including Leadership in Running Fitness/LiRF) courses for those who are willing to organise and lead the Couch to 5k programmes across our Parks and Places
More information about the LiRF course can be found on the England Athletics website. Enjoy!
